Life Lately: December 2016

It took me a while to realize that I was truly busy this month—performed with SK, attended events, and catch up with friends. It was a good month and obviously, I wasn’t able to control myself in spending a lot on stickers and food.

December Cleaning

Started cleaning up because the area where I put the things I bought in Japan is getting dusty. I got a photo album to organize bromides, postcards, and tickets. The OC-ness is strong in this one.

Blogger’s United

Went to Blogger’s United to support Ashley! We got complimentary tickets again, so it’s a waste if we don’t show up, right? I saw Crissey and Farrah again, but we weren’t able to take a photo together. Huhu.

Kawaii PH Garage Sale + Rehearsals

The following day, we went to the Kawaii PH Garage Sale! It coincides with our rehearsal, so we decided to meet here because I want to hoard stickers.

After our studio rehearsals, we went to Trinoma for dinner. It was difficult to find a place to eat, but gladly we ended up at Bubble Tea. I ordered katsu omurice and a fruit drink.

I also got the prints we ordered from Fallen Lucifiel. It was my first time ordering prints (not buying from a convention) and I’m glad I did. They’re so precious!

Work, work, work

Surprisingly, I got a lot of gifts this year. I remember having only two gifts to open last year. Now, I think I got more than five. No pictures, though. OTL

My workmate who got my name in the kris kringle/exchange gift is generous. I got a Hibiscus Teavana from Starbucks! I got lots of cat stuff from her, too.

Watched Kimi no Na Wa + St. Marc Cafe

Left work at exactly 4 P.M. to catch the 5:50 P.M. screening of Your Name (Kimi no Na Wa) at SM Megamall. I wasn’t interested at first, but when I found out that Kamiki Ryunosuke voiced the male lead, it sure made me curious.

It’s so difficult to find a place to eat when it’s December. The mall was packed, as usual. Instead of a decent meal, I had Banana Walnut Chococro and Strawberry Heaven parfait. Nope. Not complaining at all. ww

Back-to-back Performance

We performed at TOYCON PH: The Philippine Toys, Hobbies and Collectibles Convention’s Christmas Toys and Collectibles Fair 2016 at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall 2, and at the 4th Grand Christmas Rush Fair at Megatrade Hall 1.

Were you able to watch us live? If not, we uploaded our performance on our Facebook page. Feel free to tell me what you think!

Kawaii PH Year-end Party

Filed a half-day at work and attended the cutest year-end party ever. The venue is around North, which I am sort of thankful for because I can stay late and not worry about going home early for work the following day.

We won the charades game and I’m so happy with the prizes. These postcards and stickers are from Kate Paints! Beautiful, aren’t they? Go follow her on Instagram if you want to see more.
